📊 Real-Time Campaign Analytics: Track the success of your WhatsApp campaigns with delivery rates, open rates, and overall engagement metrics
📋 Send WhatsApp Messages to Smart Lists: Create Smart Lists within your CRM to group contacts based on demographics, behaviors, or lead status. Tailor your messaging for maximum impact.
How It Works?

2. Select the contacts you wish to send WhatsApp messages. Alternatively, you can select all the contacts from a smart list
3. Click on WhatsApp icon

5. Add the action name to refer back to it later and press confirm
6. Check Bulk Action progress and statistics
Important Considerations
Opt-Ins: Always ensure you have the necessary permissions to message your contacts on WhatsApp. This is crucial for both ethical and legal reasons.
Message Quality: Regardless of the method, focus on providing value and personalizing your messages to avoid coming across as spam.
Messaging Limit: Make sure that you do not breach the message limit set by Meta on your WhatsApp number when triggering Bulk WhatsApp action. Ensure that the contacts selected are within the 24-hour messaging limit
