Elevated Conversations with Attachment Support:

β–Έ Your clients can now engage more vividly by sending and receiving attachments directly through Conversations.

β–Έ Sending is possible only during ongoing conversations with the customer. Support for attachments via template coming soon.

β–Έ A variety of formats are supported to cater to diverse needs:

– Image (Max 5MB)

– Video (Max 16MB)

– Audio (Max 16MB)

– Document (Max 100MB)

– Static Sticker (Max 100KB)

– Animated GIF Sticker (Max 500KB)

β–Έ Attachments remain accessible for 30 days, ensuring your clients have ample time to utilize them.

Threaded Replies for Enhanced Clarity:

β–Έ your clients can now handpick messages and reply directly, ensuring clarity and context in every conversation.

β–Έ When customers reply to specific messages, the same will be reflected seamlessly in the conversations WA tab.

Enhanced Message Handling:

β–Έ WhatsApp failed message can be sent again now when you click on β€œUnsuccessful” or the β€œRetry” icon

🐞 Fixed

– The redirect issue experienced when no WA templates were available has been addressed.

– Edit Template action had a rendering and system crash issue on WebApp, this is fixed now.

– In case of no quality score for a Template, the template listing was failing, which is fixed now.

– Error messages have been refined for accuracy, especially the one related to the Facebook Signup tab closure.

– Custom field values were not getting replaced in actual Outbound WA messages, this is fixed now.
