Feature Update: UK Number E-KYC and Other Enhancements

🇬🇧 E-KYC changes for UK phone numbers

As per regulations, you will now need to complete the KYC process to buy new UK based phone numbers. Under Settings > Phone Numbers > Regulatory Bundle/Address > Create, you can create a regulatory bundle and use it to complete your KYC.

For new UK number purchases, KYC is needed after 27th May 2024. For existing UK numbers, KYC must be completed by 30th Sep 2024.

✨ Enhancements

1. Call queues now support up to 100 calls reliably. Issues faced when having more than 50 calls in the queue have been resolved because of this enhancement

2. Show audit logs for numbers purchased through Last CRM. Earlier, it wasn’t being shown

3. Disable workflow calls for inactive locations/agencies

4. Moving forward, all the outbound and inbound calls for inactive sub-accounts/agencies will be disabled to avoid unintended charges

🐞 Bug Fixes

1. Duplicate notification messages were getting delivered for single requests. This has been fixed now
