With the recent release of Shopify order syncing inside GHL, Shopify orders are now also included in the Conversion Metrics of Email Statistics.

Problem Statement: 🔍

Previously, our campaign conversion metrics didn’t include Shopify orders, leading to incomplete attribution of sales for current sent campaigns.

Post the release of Shopify order syncing inside GHL, we fine-tuned our logic and ensured that the orders were attributed to the campaigns for an improved Conversion Metric.

Now your Email ROI/ conversions include Shopify orders!

Why We Did It? 🚀

Improved accuracy: By incorporating Shopify orders, we provide a more comprehensive view of campaign effectiveness.

Seamless integration: Thanks to the Payments team, confirmed Shopify orders are now visible under the Orders section, ensuring all sales data is readily available for analysis.

1. Navigate the Email Campaigns under Marketing

2. Navigate to Email Campaign Statistics.

3. Explore the Conversion Metrics section to view revenue attribution statistics.
