We’re excited to bring you some important updates to the LC Email service! These changes are designed to provide better insights, more control, and improved security for the email campaigns.
What’s New π
1 . Improved Email Metrics π
– We’ve enhanced the overall email metrics to now include Unsubscribed and Failed data. Now have a fuller picture of how the campaigns are performing!
2 . Strengthened High Bounce Email Policy π‘οΈ
– To protect the email reputation, we’ve introduced a permanent email-sending block mechanism.
– If a sub-account faces two blocks within a 7-day period, a third instance will trigger a permanent email-sending block.
3 . Empowered Control: Swift Unblocking π οΈ
– No more waiting for 12 hours or contacting support to get unblocked!
– Agencies/Sub-accounts can activate email validation themselves to lift the block immediately.
Important Notes π
– To lift a permanent email-sending block, users will be prompted to enable email validation. Doing so will automatically remove the block.
