Feature Update: In-App Sub-Account Transfers

We are thrilled to announce that agencies can now transfer sub-accounts to other agencies from within the app, i.e. without the hassle of raising support tickets.

On top of it, we have made sure that all of the sub-account assets, including LC phone numbers and Mailgun accounts are also automatically transferred.

Why It’s Important?

Up till now, agencies had to raise support tickets to request sub-account transfers. With this feature, the agencies will be empowered to conduct the process themselves.

No more waiting on us for sub-account transfers!

How It Works?

The releasing agency raises the transfer request from the sub-account’s Manage Client page by providing the receiving agency’s relationship number.

The receiving agency (owner) gets an email with the requested details. All requests can also be accessed on the Sub-Accounts > Sub-Account Transfers page.

If the receiving agency approves the request, the sub-account is transferred.
