Streamlined Unsubscribe Process:

– As soon as a user clicks on the unsubscribe link, automatically update their Do Not Disturb (DND) preferences and unsubscribe them.

– Users are then presented with an optional survey to indicate their reason for unsubscribing.

– If and only if, the user was a new subscriber (subscribed in the last 1 hour), we will ask to confirm the email before unsubscribing.
