– Users can now effortlessly search for accurate contact phone numbers directly within the Conversations page.
Without Country Code 🌍
– When searching for a phone number without a country code, our system will automatically attach the correct country code based on the account’s location. This feature provides a list of matching contacts, making contact retrieval seamless. 🌬️
With Country Code 🌐
– Including a country code in the search prompts our system to perform an exact search within that specified country, ensuring pinpoint accuracy.
– Please be aware that this search feature currently supports only the primary phone number of the contact.
– This enhancement greatly refines the user experience by streamlining and accelerating access to contact details.
# 2. Conversation Deletion Details in Audit Logs 🗑️
Gain comprehensive visibility into conversation deletions with our new Audit logs feature. Accessible from the Settings menu, you can now view the essential details:
– The contact whose conversation was deleted.
– The user who initiated the deletion.
– The date and time of deletion.
This feature ensures transparency and accountability in the messaging history, offering a precise record of conversation deletions.
