About the Feature:
We have upgraded the way Calendars are created in GHL. With this release, we have created a way for our users to easily create a Calendar in 30 secs using the Basic Setup, where in a user can create a calendar by simply entering the Name, Calendar URL, and Meeting location details in the Basic flow.
We also have created an advanced setup flow, where in users would continue to have the same options as before, however in a much cleaner and more user-friendly manner.
Few more changes have been incorporated with this release
– Added Quick Tips on the Advanced Calendar Settings page (showing tips to users)
– Renamed Unassigned to Simple Calendars (as this was causing confusion to the users)
– Introduced a new Success modal, which appears after the Calendar creation is done, so that users can easily copy the calendar widget URL or the embed code.
– Improved tooltips for users with more user-friendly explanation
Please Note:
We have made this available only on Labs. Users would have to enable it for their locations to start using it. For now, we are thinking of keeping this in Labs at least for 30 days, to collect comprehensive feedback from our users and iteratively add most of it (if not all) before we make this change for everyone.
