We’re delighted to share an exciting update to our calendar feature. With this release, users will now have a new option in “Add Guest“, where they can choose if they want their attendees to add guests by providing their names and emails, or simply selecting a count.
🪄 What’s New?
1️⃣ Count Option for Adding Guests: This is particularly useful in cases where the primary attendee may not have the email addresses of the guests, but still wants them added to the appointment.
2️⃣ Custom Form in the Email to Guests: In many cases, attendees are required to fill in the information before the appointment so that service providers can use that information for the appointment. Examples include:
– Tour Services: They may require a passport number, passport expiry, and other financial details.
– Medical Appointment: This could be allergies, any genetic ailments, past medical issues, etc.
Please Note: This custom form feature only works when the primary attendee has added the name and email of the guests. It does not work for the ‘count‘ option. Users can choose between the ‘Name‘ and ‘Email’ or ‘Count‘ options from the Calendar settings, based on their specific needs.
