Problem
– While creating new SaaS plans, rebilling was disabled by default on all products. A lot of times, agencies missed turning the rebilling on and setting the markups.
– This led to them incurring the cost of all Phone, Email, Premium Actions, and AI product usage by the sub-accounts till they realized the impact of it.
Solution
– Rebilling on all products is now turned on by default with a markup of 1.05x for all new SaaS plans.
– We hope that this will prevent agencies from incurring undesirable costs for product usage by the SaaS sub-accounts.
