Feature Update: Create Documents by Uploading a PDF Rather Than Starting from Scratch

– Proposals and Estimates are now renamed as Documents & Contracts since they can be completely used to sign legal multi-party contracts and agreements.

– Business users will now be able to start by uploading a PDF rather than starting from scratch

– This solves a major pain point of creating documents from scratch inside the email builder and then placing signature elements on top of it

– Once the PDF is uploaded, users will be able to place the signature element or the text/image elements anywhere across the document

– Since the signature element is floating in nature, it makes it even easier to sign multi-party agreements by placing the signature element at the specific place in the document where required and even in the same line for multiple signers on the document

– The name of the document will by default be taken as the name of the uploaded PDF
