🛠️ Editable Conversation Flow Questions:
– Implemented the ability to add and edit Conversation Flow questions. This helps guide the AI Bot based on your client’s unique business needs and requirements. 💼
– Sub-accounts can now configure their own questions for the bot to ask before it sends the appointment booking link. This feature comes as a strong request from our customers currently testing the product. 📍
– We’ve updated the bot to follow the Conversation Flow better. This enables the bot to smoothly transition between general Q/A and the conversation flow. 🔄
➕ Secure Appointment Booking:
– In some instances, the bot previously skipped the conversation flow and directly sent the booking link. We’ve made this more secure. The bot is instructed to return to the conversation flow whenever general Q/A ends. This ensures the bot maintains the desired dialogue structure. 🔐
