Conversation Page – New “Contact Engagement Score” Section in the Right Panel
– User now can see and update Engagement Score for any contact from the conversation screen.
Contact Smart-list – New Column and New Filter Addition
– Published score profile will come as a column. By selecting the column user can see Engagement Scores for all the contacts.
– We can now import and export Engagement scores through the Import and Export feature available on the smart-list page.
– A new filter bucket called “Contact Engagement Score” is also available. Users can apply filters on scores for the score profile. Available filter operators are – Score empty, Not empty, Less than, Greater than, and In between.
Contact Details Page – New “Contact Engagement Score” Section in the Left Panel
