Feature Update: Assigned User Option in Connect Call for IVR

Now in the Connect Call action in IVR, we have added the option for Assigned User.

How would this help?

If the assigned user is selected in the connect call action, then the System would automatically connect the caller to their Assigned user, which is a heavily used case, especially in Sales and Services.
